In the words of Eugene Woodbury:
"The novels as published essentially begin in the middle and then branch backwards and forwards, a narrative structure similar to C. S. Lewis's Narnia."
What it means is that I'll list the English translations I've found according to when the novels were published instead of chronologically by storyline.

I thought Higashi no Wadatsumi, Nishi no Soukai (The Sea God of the East, the Vast Sea of the West) was only one novel? And the link to the site only has up to chapter 3...unless I'm really missing something...

it seems that this is what happened to otyaku
http://mindstalk.net/jk/Books/animeObser
it has the story of what happened to Taiki from where the anime left off i believe with what caused him to leave the 12K and return to japan

After many sites closing down, I began saving everything I read in the Net. So here's Otyaku's version of 黄昏の岸 暁の天 - Tasogare no Kishi, Akatsuki no Sora (The Shore at Twilight, The Sky at Daybreak) that I save from Otyaku. It has 15 pages from the 2nd volume, that is all Otyaku has translated at the moment I saved them.
Feel free to take it here: http://www.mediafire.com/?9yownhzzz
If you have problem with the file contact me by messages. :-3

I was looking for the http://otyaku.com/wordpress website where there were translation of the 12 kingdom novels by this guy who was a student studying in japan.
But the site is gone. Anyone knows why and what's happened to the guy who did the translation?? Is he and the webmaster still hosting the page somwhere else?? Its soo annoying and sad when this happens. I hope someone can let me know what happened to the site and whether there's any continuation to it by the same translatior.
I found a very good resource site for juuni kokki in between 2000-2002. Can't remember how long ago it was. The site had very good english descriptions and jap kanji info of the junni kokki world. But after a while, it just disappeared. sigh..
I hope such good sites wont have to disappear anymore.

PS. I can access the html file as usual. Maybe it's the problem about browsers. Nevermind.

Re: Tasogare no Kishi, Akatsuki no Sora Vol 2
Hee, thanks for this.I was a bit panicky when I got to volume 6 and realised the links no longer worked.
*heaves sigh of relief*
Hmm, just a question...is the entire series 7 volumes complete or are there more out/planned for the future?
Thanks for your time.
*bows gratefully*

Re: Thanks a lot!
More than anything else... except several dozens of chapters of Demon Child or the whole novel translations itself... I wish the Otyaku site would come back... T__T ... either that or someone would continue translating TKAS where Otyaku left off...Is there a heavenly soul that is willing to do that? T__T
May 2 2007, 06:37:37 UTC 5 years ago
More progress!
Secondary link for demon child is partway through chapter 9. Wings of Dreams (which I've never tried mirroring) is up to part 5.May 13 2007, 14:13:04 UTC 5 years ago
Tasogare no Kishi, Eugene Woodbury
Seems like Eugene Woodbury has started to work on TKAS, which is a wonderful news right. Let's support and encourage him! He's (understandably) starting from the first book but hopefully it wont be too long til we get to where otakyu left off:)Anonymous

Re: Tasogare no Kishi, Eugene Woodbury
That's just great!!! Well, does work fast on the novel right?Although, I really want to know from where Otyaku left off... it's okey.
^__^ I've gotten a bit hope. ^__^

I'd preferred though that Tokyopop had released Demon child first than Sea of Shadows....

Googling I found this community and the great surprise you have the translation of these novels I am searching. I only found "Sea of the Wind, Shore of the Maze" in rtf, and that book is my favorite because try about Taiki, so I was searching the continuation of Taiki's story.
But as I found this site I am going to start from beggining ;)
